Fees Rules

IMPORTANTRULES-

• Fee counter will remain open from Monday to Saturday from 08:00am to 01:00pm
• Counter will be closed on holidays
• Late Payment Fee Penalty After Due Date-

(For April/May Quarter)

After Due Date 1st Month is Rs100 After Due Date 2^nd Month is Rs250 After Due Date 3^rd Month is Rs500

(For July/October/January Quarter)

After Due Date is Rs 500

• Fee will be accepted through Cash/Cheque/DD/Paytm in favor of (Unit Name)
• Cheque should be filled up properly otherwise it will be dishonored/returned by the bank.
• If Cheque has been dishonored/returned for any reason, the charges to return the cheque will be levied Rs.600/-. and re-deposit the fee (including Charges) to be accepted by the a/c payee draft.
• Please write the student name, class, section, account no., and phone number on the back of the cheque.
• Fee Once paid will not be refunded.
• If parent/guardian want to pay the full session fee they may do so a Concession of Rs. 1000/-will be provided.
• School Diary, Class photograph, Periodicals, Student ID, and Annual school magazine charges are included in the fee.
• No charges for annual functions, picnics, and educational trips are included in the fee.
• Any charge in the above-mentioned guidelines will be informed.
